Roxanne moved to the Sierra Foothills the way most of her clients eventually do: by accident, then on purpose. She and her husband came from the Bay Area, fell in love with Nevada City, and never went back.
Six years into her real estate career and licensed under Nick Sadek Sotheby's International Realty on Broad Street, she represents buyers and sellers across Nevada, Placer, and El Dorado counties. She intentionally works without a team, preferring to build and maintain strong individual relationships with her clients.
