From Nevada City to the shore of Lake Tahoe. A considered approach to buying and selling for clients who care how it's done.

The story

A Bay Area career, brought up the hill.

Roxanne Mirdamadi moved to the Sierra Foothills the way most of her clients eventually do: by accident, then on purpose. She and her husband came up from the Bay Area, fell for Nevada City, and never went back.

Before real estate, Roxanne built a career managing complicated, high-stakes work for people who didn't have time for anything less than precision. She started in hospitality, then spent years as an executive assistant inside M&A and Crypto companies. She then moved into real estate development while completing her Project Management Professional (PMP) at UC Berkeley. By the time she earned her real estate license, she'd already negotiated, scheduled, and shepherded more deals across the line than most agents twice her age.

Six years in, licensed under Nick Sadek Sotheby's International Realty on Broad Street, Roxanne brings the same high standard to every transaction she touches. Whether it's a first-time buyer feeling their way through the process, a retiree making the Bay-to-Foothills move she made herself, or a multi-generational family looking for property that holds the whole family.

Off the clock: hikes around Empire Mine and Nevada City, picnics at Tahoe in summer and Apple Hill in fall, tasting rooms up the wine corridor, and evenings with her husband or friends checking out a new restaurant or a show in downtown Nevada city.

The approach

Three things that aren't negotiable.

No script, no slogans. Just the parts of the job most agents have stopped doing.

01

You get me. Not a team.

Most agents at this level have grown a team to take their place. Roxanne stayed deliberately small. One client at a time, hers from the first call to long after the keys change hands.

02

I always answer my phone.

Communication is critical in a home-buying or selling process and Roxanne takes this very seriously. On a Saturday. On a holiday. In the middle of an inspection two transactions away, Roxanne will ensure she makes time for you.

03

Hustle and professionalism from a high-stakes, competitive market.

Before the Foothills, Roxanne worked in San Francisco real estate. She brought the urgency, the pacing, and the negotiation instincts of the Bay Area and has applied that to to great success in the Foothills.

Who I serve

Specialists, by design.

Roxanne works best with four kinds of clients — and is honest when a fit isn't there.

First-time buyers

We start with what you actually need to know, in plain English, on your timeline, before we look at a single home. This may be the most emotional purchase of your life, and Roxanne is prepared to hold your hand through every step.

Bay Area transplants

Roxanne anticipates what you may not be considering: well quality, septic stability, 4 season weather, and which towns will feel like home faster. The transition is the work she's done in her own life.

Luxury buyers & sellers

Discreet network. Professional photography. International marketing reach. Concierge service. The full Sotheby's apparatus for properties in the luxury tier.

Multi-generational families

Parents, kids, in-laws, a workshop, room for a future ADU. We look at lot configuration, dual primary suites, and the parts of zoning other agents skip because the property has to work for a decade, not a season.

Let's talk about your move.
