Short version
We only collect what we need to actually help you, and we don't sell or share your information.
Roxanne Mirdamadi ("we," "Roxanne") operates mirdamadihomes.com. This page explains what personal information the site collects, how that information is used, and what your rights are — particularly if you live in California.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), interest category, and message you enter. When you submit your address into the home valuation tool, we collect that address along with any property details you confirm. When you save a search on the Search page, we collect your email and the criteria of your saved search.
We also receive standard, anonymized server logs that browsers send to any website — IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of visit — used only to detect site errors and broad usage trends. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party pixels.
How we use it
The information you submit through the contact form, valuation tool, or saved searches is used to reach back out to you about your specific inquiry. Roxanne reads every submission personally. If you've saved a search, you'll receive alerts when new listings match — sent from Roxanne, not from a third-party bulk mailer.
We may store your contact information in Roxanne's CRM (currently Cloze) so she can keep continuity across future conversations. You can ask to be removed at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Third parties we work with
The site uses a small number of third-party services to function. Each only receives the information it needs for its specific role:
- RealScout powers MLS search and home valuation. Searches and inquiries you submit through their widgets are subject to RealScout's privacy policy.
- Google Calendar hosts the appointment booking widget on the Contact page. Bookings are subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Cloze stores contact records and conversation history. Cloze privacy policy.
- Netlify hosts the website. Netlify privacy policy.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share it with advertising networks, lead-generation aggregators, or data brokers. We do not run pixel-based retargeting. If you're new to real estate websites: this matters, because many do all of those things and you end up flooded with cold calls.
Your rights — California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected about them, the right to request deletion of that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
As stated above, we do not sell or share your information. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email rox@mirdamadihomes.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We'll respond within thirty days as required by law.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies necessary for basic functionality (saving your dismissed-notification state, remembering your last RealScout search). No analytics or advertising cookies are set without your active interaction with a third-party widget.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will also be flagged in any newsletter, if and when one ever exists (currently it doesn't).
